Please join the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and the Savannah Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division for an in-person one-hour CLE beginning at 4 p.m. in downtown Savannah on May 27, 2026. The topic of the CLE is Judicial Perspective: Benefits and Pitfalls of Mediation and Observations for Young Lawyers. This one-hour program will examine opportunities, risks, and offer practical insights for attorneys and ADR professionals navigating the landscape of alternative dispute resolution as courts across the state increasingly mandate mediation. The discussion will feature perspectives from a panel of leaders across the bench (state and federal) and will be followed by a cocktail reception at the lovely 45 Bistro (included with registration).
